Biographical InformationStephen M. Feidelman maintains a general civil law practice in Hollywood, Florida, with a core concentration on franchise and dealership representation and allied business law issues. Mr. Feidelman obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University’s College of Law, in St. Petersburg, Florida, and his B. S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from Boston University. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Stephen is also a qualified Florida 17th Judicial Circuit court-appointed arbitrator who has decided varied civil actions. Mr. Feidelman has attained a Martindale-Hubbell Rating of AV®, which depicts that a lawyer is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity. Mr. Feidelman has served on the Executive Council of The Florida Bar Business Law Section and has chaired The Florida Bar's Franchise Law Committee, Antitrust, Franchise and Trade Regulation Law Committee, and its Subcommittee on Franchise Law Certification. He has been a faculty participant in numerous seminars related to franchise and business opportunity legal issues, has written seminars on franchise law issues, and contributed to Bar committee consumer education pamphlets and seminar course materials. He has also been a guest lecturer on franchise law issues at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Nova Southeastern University. He is presently a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising; the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar; and the Broward County Bar Association. Mr. Feidelman is a current member/agent of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Inc. He has previously participated as a LegaLine® panel attorney of the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers (AAFD), and served as an “Lemon Law” claims arbitrator under the Better Business Bureau's AutoLine® Dispute Settlement Program.
