Among the current and anticipated changes are: State regulations which permit registration of offering circulars through notice filings and/or dissemination through electronic publication. As of 2004, a single coordinated review, under the auspices of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA), can be had for registration of franchise offering circulars in two or more of the following states:
